Our staff is highly qualified and experienced in Exchange programs and in placing nannies and caregivers. Everybody working for Be International Recruiting Inc. has at least 4 years experience working in different exchange programs and at least 4 years experience in recruiting and staffing.
Our partners are carefully selected over the world. We have 19 partners in 11 countries helping us to place au pairs and nannies abroad and 68 partners in 82 countries* (including Canada) helping us with the first steps of the recruiting process for caregivers.
The decision regarding participation of a nanny, caregiver or au pair in the program is taken exclusively by us.
